The Xchange Youth Ministry Facility has been created, established, and built to reach young people for Christ and to provide an atmosphere for discipleship and spiritual growth.

It has been designed for Middle School, High School and College students and is exclusively scheduled for youth and youth ministry activities. Children, 5th grade and under, will be allowed to participate in programmed events in the Xchange facility when they enter 6th grade.

Every scheduled event must support the purpose of our church and youth ministry and be a part of building God’s kingdom.  Events in the building must be scheduled through the Student Ministry Office by contacting the administrative assistant at 713-468-8241 ext. 8165.  (A schedule request form must be turned in to the Student Ministry Office for approval.) 

The building is available for all Tallowood Student Ministry organizations (Bible study, mission, music, etc).  The building will not be opened except for scheduled events with a specific purpose.  

Tallowood parents of youth may reserve the facility for youth events if the facility is available. The facility cannot be reserved more than 60 days in advance. In that case the person reserving the facility must agree to pay $20 per hour to cover the cost of two trained facility coordinators (TFCs) – 2 hour minimum.

• Because of the purpose for the facility all media used – music, games, videos, cable TV, etc., must be approved by the TFC and profitable for building up the body of Christ. Christian music and videos only. No R rated movies or movies with excessive violence, sexual content, nudity or cursing.

• All persons scheduling events must be responsible for upkeep of the building, clean-up, and crowd control. The person reserving the facility will be responsible for all damages.

• No decorations will be allowed to be taped or attached to the Xchange facility.

• The parent reserving the facility must be present during the entire scheduled event.
