We are currently in the Ben Gurion Airport here in Israel and are waiting for our flight to board. It is 3 am here and our flight leaves at 5 am. Most of us have been here since about 8 or 9 pm, so needless to say, we’re all pretty tired of being in an airport. Good news though! Only 16 to 17 hours on a plane before we are home in Texas!

The security here is pretty intense, but fortunately, we made it through without any hold ups. Now, we’re just waiting by our gate… all alone because no one else is here yet – not even the gate attendant. Good news, a coffee shop just opened so we can fill our bellies while we wait! Now, if I could only find a Dr. Pepper.
