High School Retreat

When I first interned at Tallowood (back in 2002), I heard stories about the High School Retreat.  I heard about how awesome Camp Tejas is.  I heard legendary stories about the mud football game.  And I heard about how great it is to be together for a weekend focused on what the LORD has to say to us.  This past weekend marked my first High School Retreat at Tallowood and I must say that I was not disappointed.  Camp Tejas was amazing… especially the Four Seasons rooms, the mud football game was epic (not to brag, but my team beat Jerome’s team 26 to 20), and Curtis Jones, our retreat speaker, did an amazing job leading our sessions.  It was a great time to say the least.
